This assessment has a small word count so it is best to focus on what the assessment is asking for, unicellellular eukaryotic motility. Not internal movement of organelles.
That is completely up to you. You can decide to what level you discuss/describe your examples, simply remember that you have to be selective as the word count is 400 words. Read the assessment details carefully to make sure you cover everything that is being asked for.
Yes, a draft inbox is available for exactly this reason. Look at the Assessment Information Book for the dates that the draft and final inboxes open and close.
